If a crown, veneer, implant component, or other restoration fails because of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the defective restoration at no additional charge for the covered treatment.

- Accidents, falls, or sports injuries.
- Teeth grinding or clenching when a nightguard was recommended.

Returning to Tijuana for Warranty Treatment
Our patients travel from across the United States and Canada because they can often save thousands of dollars on high-quality dental care.
If a covered warranty issue requires you to return to our clinic, we will repair or replace the covered dental work at no charge.
However, patients are responsible for their own:
- Transportation
- Airfare
- Hotel accommodations
- Meals
- Other travel-related expenses

Our treatment guarantee applies to dental work performed by Dr. Mexico Dental Group. If a covered warranty issue occurs, our dentists will repair or replace the treatment at our clinic using the same high standards, materials, and techniques that were used for your original procedure.
Because we are responsible for the quality of our work, we cannot reimburse treatment performed by another dentist or dental office. We must evaluate the situation ourselves and complete any covered warranty treatment at our clinic.

Our team will review your situation, discuss the best solution with you, and arrange any necessary warranty treatment.

Is your dental work guaranteed?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and the premium materials we use. If a problem occurs because of our treatment or a defect in the materials, we’ll repair or replace the covered dental work at no additional charge.

Although implant failures are uncommon, we’ll evaluate the cause. If the failure is related to our treatment or a covered warranty issue, we’ll replace the implant and perform the necessary treatment at no additional charge.
What if my crown or veneer comes loose?
If a crown or veneer becomes loose because of a bonding or cementation issue related to our work, we’ll re-cement or replace it as needed at no additional charge.
What happens if a crown or veneer breaks?
If the restoration breaks because of a defect in the material or another covered warranty issue, we’ll replace it at no charge. Damage caused by accidents, trauma, or misuse is not covered under our guarantee.
Do I have to return to Tijuana for warranty treatment?
Yes. Warranty treatment must be performed at Dr. Mexico Dental Group so our dentists can evaluate the problem and complete the repair using our materials and treatment protocols.
Can I have my local dentist perform the repair instead?
No. Because we are responsible for the quality of the repair, we cannot reimburse treatment performed by another dental office. Covered warranty work must be completed at our clinic.
Are travel expenses covered if I need to return?
No. Patients are responsible for their own transportation, airfare, hotel accommodations, meals, and other travel expenses. However, if the issue is covered, we perform the necessary dental treatment at no additional charge.
What is not covered under your guarantee?
Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, poor oral hygiene, gum disease, smoking, failure to follow post-treatment instructions, normal wear over time, teeth grinding, or lost or damaged removable appliances.
What if I accidentally damage my dental work?
If the damage results from an accident or circumstances outside our control, it would not be covered under the guarantee. However, we’ll always work with you to provide repairs at the most reasonable cost possible.
How do I request warranty treatment?
Simply contact our office as soon as possible. Our team may ask for photos or X-rays, review your situation with one of our dentists, and schedule any covered treatment if a return visit is necessary.
